2007 Public Safety Day
The first annual Foster Public Safety day was held at the Foster
Fairgrounds on Sunday August 25th. The event was a great success and we have had
some very encouraging feedback.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to all of the volunteers and
sponsors who contributed to an enjoyable and memorable day.
The events included: Karate demonstration, archery, pony rides, moon bounce,
face painting, fastball pitching, canine demonstration, aerial drill,
extrication drill, reptile education, DUI demonstration, child fingerprinting
and safety seat checks, a live band and a grand finale of spectacular fireworks.
